SHIPPING POLICY

All orders (excluding made to order items) are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

For local delivery service, we use Royal Mail "Tracked 48". It usually takes 2-3 business days for delivery.

For shipping to rest of the world, we offer £5 flat rate for general items and £2.5 flat rate for postcards and bookmarks. Free shipping for orders over £80. We use Royal Mail "International Standard". It usually takes 7-10 business days for delivery.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at aandwartwork@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
